Anna
Host, yoga teacher
With over a decade of devoted daily practice under the guidance of esteemed Ashtanga teachers, Anna’s journey led her to Mysore in India, where she was fortunate to be able to deepen her yoga studies with Sarath Guruji himself.
Her teaching approach is grounded in the respect for the traditions of yoga and the individuality of each student’s body and mind. Her signature yoga flows focus on foundations, strength, mobility, and breathing. They will scan the whole body integrating her knowledge of functional training to her understanding of the Ashtanga method.
Anna strives to create a nurturing environment with careful hands-on adjustments that honor the boundaries and needs of each student. Her goal is to help you cultivate a practice that not only strengthens your body but also calms your nervous system. “Through this method, I hope to share the profound sense of balance that Ashtanga Yoga has given me, allowing you to move through your day with a serene confidence and the ability to tackle whatever comes your way.”
Anna is also passionate about surfing and sharing her stock for life.
