I’m Anna
Host, yoga teacher
With over a decade of devoted daily practice under the guidance of esteemed Ashtanga teachers, my journey led me to Mysore in India, where I was fortunate to be able to deepen my yoga studies with Sarath Guruji himself.
My teaching approach is grounded in the respect for the traditions of yoga and the individuality of each student’s body and mind. My signature yoga flows focus on foundations, strength, mobility, and breathing. They will scan the whole body integrating my knowledge of functional training to my understanding of the Ashtanga method.
I strive to create a nurturing environment with careful hands-on adjustments that honour the boundaries and needs of each student. My goal is to help you cultivate a practice that not only strengthens your body but also calms your nervous system. Through this method, I hope to share the profound sense of balance that Ashtanga Yoga has given me, allowing you to move through your day with a serene confidence and the ability to tackle whatever comes your way.
I’m is also passionate about surfing and sharing my stock for life.
About Blue mind
Blue Mind Retreats was born from a love of travel, a deep respect for nature, and a belief in the power of authentic connection. What started as a dream to bring like-minded souls together in beautiful places has become a space where community, curiosity, and personal growth thrive. Inspired by the rhythm of the ocean and the stillness of the jungle, my retreats are a call to slow down, nourish your body, free your mind, and rediscover what truly matters. This is more than a getaway — it’s a journey back to yourself.
